Delta Livestock Diagnostics will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. Please review our modified holiday schedule below and plan sample submissions accordingly.
2026 Memorial Day Closure:
- Friday, May 22: Pregnancy results will be reported as usual.
- This is the last day that cattle, goat, and sheep biosecurity serology samples must arrive in order to be reported the following week.
- Monday, May 25: We are closed on Memorial Day. We will be unable to receive samples.
- Poultry results will be reported on June 1st.
- Tuesday, May 26: Normal operations resume, and the lab will still be open to receive samples.
- Biosecurity results will be reported as usual.
- Biosecurity samples that arrive on Tuesday, May 26 will be reported on Tuesday, June 2.
Remainder:
Please do not ship or send samples expected to arrive on Monday, May 25, as the lab will be closed and samples cannot be received. We also recommend avoiding shipments that will remain in transit over the weekend.
